Cànan/Language

Sgoilearan AlbannachRi Chèile is an international speaking competition for high schools, a language forum which takes place between Scotland and Northern & The Republic of Ireland. The event alternates between Ireland and Scotland anually.

Next year in 2013, the event's 10th anniversary, will take place in Belfast. Ri Chèile started in 2004 in Edinburgh. Since then it has been held in Armagh, Glasgow, Rathcairn - County Meath, Inverness, Derry, Portree, Clondalkin and this year, 2012, back in Edinburgh.
